Introducing the water-soluble mist coolant supply device M-2 (2-pump type). The M series, floor-mounted type, is a standard model compatible with a wide range of machine tools. It is installed next to the machine and supplies a large volume of mist (MAX 40cc/min). Main benefits include: ◆ Lubrication effect → Water-soluble mist enhances the penetration of mist at the processing point and increases the adhesion of mist at the cutting edge, reducing cutting resistance! ◆ Cooling effect → High-efficiency vapor cooling is performed at the cutting edge, causing thermal deformation of chips and facilitating their discharge. Introducing the water-soluble mist coolant supply device M-1s (onboard type). The S series onboard type consists of an onboard unit compatible with large machinery and a replenishment tank. It is a large mist system composed of a small onboard unit and a floor-standing tank for mist liquid replenishment.
